Refund Policy
At Jaisalmer Trust, owned and operated by Maharaja Forts And Gardens Palace Jaisalmer Private Limited, we value the trust and support of our donors and visitors. We aim to ensure transparency and satisfaction in all our transactions, including donations and ticket bookings.
1. Donations
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the donation date.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
- Processing or gateway fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for fraudulent or abusive activity.
- To request a refund, email contact@jaisalmertrust.org with your donation details.
2. Ticket Bookings
- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled visit.
- Refunds are processed within 30–90 days of the request.
- All refunds go to the original payment method used at booking.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations within 15 days of visit.
- Jaisalmer Trust may deduct administrative or processing fees from refunded amounts.
- To cancel and request a refund, email contact@jaisalmertrust.org with your booking reference and details.
3. Special Circumstances
For rare cases like technical errors, duplicate payments, or other exceptional issues, contact us immediately. Each case will be reviewed individually, and corrective action will be taken as needed.
